Bend Condos

Second home purchases are making up for a large percent of sales in Bend. So it's no fluke that I'm getting more and more requests for condo listings. Condos offer second home buyers a (almost) maintenance free vacation home.  Most associations take care of the exterior, lawn, and garbage, (and some even pay for water, power, and cable).  And many of the condominium complexes in Bend include swimming pools, hot tubs, and rec rooms.
