Awbrey Butte is a residential neighborhood located on the NW side of Bend, and it is the original of the thirteen Awbrey neighborhoods. Offering panoramic Cascade Mountain views from the west side of the butte and a landscape of Ochoco, Smith Rock, Pilot Butte, and city views from the east side, Awbrey Butte quickly became one of Bend’s most prestigious places to live.

It began development in the mid-1980s, but the bulk of the residential housing was developed beginning in the 1990s to present day. An area of high-end, high-quality custom homes and spec homes. The neighborhood still has opportunity for bare land purchases, although they are becoming increasingly limited as Awbrey Butte is now nearly built out. Current price ranges of lots for sale…

Northwest Crossing's Newest Construction

Northwest Crossing Discovery Park Bend

Northwest Crossing has been a booming community on the westside of Bend since it first broke ground. With it's community center, shops, restaurants, trails, parks, and other amenities, NWX has proven to be a Bend hot spot.  During the recession we saw things slow down in Northwest Crossing, but they didn't come to a screeching halt like other Central Oregon communities.  Construction slowed, but continued through much of the downturn of the economy. In the past 12 months, construction at Northwest Crossing has boomed to a new level.  New streets, new homes, new builders, and now the start of their newest phase built around the new Discovery Park.

Midtown Bend Real Estate

While there are no set boundaries for what we call the Midtown area of Bend, most of us consider it to be the area east of 3rd St stretching to Pilot Butte, south to about 10th st where it turns into Bear Creek, and north to about Hollinshead Park.  Midtown is known for it's westside feel, without the high prices typically associated with the westside, yet it's still really close to downtown and everything else Bend has to offer.  Centrally located, the area offers easy access to all of the city.

Most midtown homes are within a short drive, walk, or bike ride from restaurants (such as Croutons), shopping, and parks. Juniper Swim and Fitness Center is our local recreation center and is located in this area.  Parks include…

New Construction Is Going Crazy At Northwest Crossing in NW Bend Oregon

New roads, construction crews working hard everywhere, and homes in various stages of construction is what you'll find in Northwest Crossing in Bend right now.  Northwest Crossing is one of the most popular subdivisions in town.  It's no wonder that homes are being built and sold at an astonishing rate.  Home buyers love the area for it's own little downtown area, all of the parks, nearby schools, location, and nearby recreation.  Home building has picked up in the first half of 2013. Recently 2 new access roads have been opened up to the subdivision.  One is from the Newport Hills subdivision, and the other is off of Skyliners road. Off of these 2 new roads you'll find new home…

Deschutes River Woods

If you're looking for a large lot with lots of elbow room, yet don't want to be too far from the Bend amenities and don't want to break the bank, Deschutes River Woods (DRW) may be the place for you.  DRW is located a few minutes south of Bend, on the southwest side of town.  It's just outside Bend's city limits, but a short drive to Bend. Some of the westerly lots offer Deschutes River Views and access, while some lots in DRW come with mountain views.

DRW features

Deschutes River Woods offers large lots, most of which are around 1 acre of land.  There are community water systems in the street, but all homes are on septic systems.   The typical phone and cable options are available.  There are no CC&R's in DRW, so owners can…
