About Northwest Crossing Real Estate
Northwest Crossing is a pedestrian friendly neighborhood where people enjoy the outdoors. On an evening walk, you'll find children out playing in the parks, people sitting on their front porches, and many community members strolling the subdivision. Many people that reside in Northwest Crossing feel that they don't really need to leave. It's a unique community atmosphere. Northwest Crossing real estate held up great through the last recession, and they were even still building new homes during this time. And they were selling!
Northwest Crossing is breaking ground on their newest phase, which will add more homes and parks to the neighborhood. Currently the subdivision includes 32 acres of parks for the communities use. There are 4 parks in total (and maybe more on the way in the new phase). The parks include paths, play structures, and a covered pavilion.
The Northwest Crossing Community
All homes built in Northwest Crossing are required to be Earth Advantage certified. Earth Advantage is a "green" certification. Northwest Crossing is committed to making the entire community sustainable. This includes the commercial buildings -- two of the retail building received the LEED-CS designation at a silver level.
Walk, bike, shop, and dine in Northwest Crossing. You'll see plenty of pedestrians out and about in the community center, whether its the Saturday Market during the summer, or mid-week winter afternoon, you'll see people out shopping, socializing and dining. The center includes a highly recommended restaurant, La Rosa - one of my favorites!
